1. General

By making a booking or enquiry through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you have any questions, contact us at contact@pecorama.co.uk.

2. Experience Bookings

2.1 One ticket must be booked per person, including any free or complimentary tickets, to allow accurate visitor number allocation.

2.2 Tickets are for the named visitor's use only and may not be transferred or resold.

2.3 On arrival, please have your booking confirmation ready to present to a member of staff, either on your device or as a printed copy.

2.4 Your booked arrival timeslot is your entry time only. You are welcome to remain on site until closing. Your arrival timeslot is not the time of your train ride — train services run throughout the day and you may join at any point during your visit.

2.5 Any pre-ordered food must be arranged no later than 3pm the day before your visit.

2.6 Booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly.

2.7 To make changes to a booking, you will need an account on the site. Any amendments we are asked to fulfil on your behalf may be subject to an administration fee of £5.

2.8 If you arrive without a booking, please visit the lower ticket office and a member of staff will be happy to assist you.

2.9 The layout and flow of the site may change between visits. Please follow on-site signage and ask a member of staff if you are unsure of anything.

2.10 Dogs are welcome on site but must be kept on a short lead at all times. Please clean up after your dog.

Cancellation by Pecorama: Pecorama reserves the right to cancel a booking if the hired space needs to be closed for maintenance or for any other reason beyond our reasonable control. In such circumstances, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.

Cancellation by the Client: The following cancellation charges apply:

Pecorama will not be liable to the client or to persons attending a hire event for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property, except where and to the extent that such loss or injury results from our negligence.

4. Payments

All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Pecorama does not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment details provided are your own and that you are authorised to use them.

5. Refunds

Refund requests for experience bookings should be submitted to contact@pecorama.co.uk as soon as possible ahead of your visit. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of Pecorama. Venue hire cancellations are subject to the charges set out in Section 3.4.
