Pecorama Public Statement

We are closed for 2026

It is with great sadness that we have decided to close Pecorama for the 2026 season. Despite a busy 50th anniversary year for the Beer Heights Light Railway, the attraction continues to operate at a loss and has only been profitable for part of the year, requiring ongoing financial support from its parent company, PECO. In the current economic climate, this support can no longer continue, and PECO will now focus on its core manufacturing and publishing businesses. We thank our dedicated staff, volunteers and visitors for their support, and hope Pecorama may reopen in a new format in the future.
