PECO Experiences: Gift Card Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to PECO Experiences Gift Cards, which can be redeemed against eligible PECO Experiences, subject to availability and the conditions outlined below.

1. Validity

PECO Experiences Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards must be redeemed within this period.

2. Eligible Experiences

Gift cards are valid for eligible PECO Experiences only. They cannot be used for general purchases from the PECO Model Railway Shop or Harburn Hobbies.

Eligible experiences include:

• PECO Factory Tours

• Railway Modelling Courses

• Locomotive Driver Experiences

All bookings are subject to availability.

3. Choosing a Gift Card Value

Gift cards are available in a range of denominations corresponding to the published prices of selected experiences. Customers are encouraged to choose a value that matches the intended experience.

Please check the current price and availability of your chosen experience before booking.

4. Redeeming a Gift Card

Gift cards must be redeemed in accordance with the instructions provided and the booking arrangements for the relevant experience.

Experiences must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Please follow the redemption instructions provided with your gift card.

5. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings made using a PECO Experiences Gift Card are subject to the applicable booking, cancellation and amendment conditions for the selected experience. Please review these conditions before completing your booking.

If an experience is cancelled or amended by PECO, customers will be advised of the available arrangements.

6. General Conditions

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

All experiences are subject to availability and any specific age, safety or participation requirements published for the relevant activity.

Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
